Our Vow Renewal

A week ago Erick & I renewed our vows in celebration of our 10 year wedding anniversary. It’s something that we had been looking forward to for quite some time and we are so grateful and overjoyed that God allowed us to make it to the 10 year mark. Our vow renewal was just as exiting and nerve wrecking as our wedding 10 years ago. But a million times more special than the first. Our boys were looking forward to it for weeks and were both so excited that they’d get to write their own vows for Erick & I.

There’s been many beautiful moments in my life, but this day was one of the best ones. Erick & I recommitted ourselves to one another, this time with lots more knowledge of what being a marriage signifies. With a much deeper love and appreciation, the kind that only happens overtime and grows with every season in life. And with God at the center of it all. We had our dear friend Josh, officiate for us. Josh and I have been friends since hight school and since then has become a very good friend of ours. We are so grateful for his friendship. He has the most beautiful heart and his love for Jesus makes us love him even more. The boys love him and have now welcomed him into the family as uncle Joshy 😉
Evan & Mason couldn’t decide who would read their vows first, so they solved it with a good ol’ game of paper, rock , scissors. Y’all I tried SO hard not to let the tears flow! But I’m such a crybaby and cried the entire time. A sweet moment with my little brother. He’s on the far right corner.
Mason was the cutest and kept getting in front of the lens posing or breaking out in dance. Moo moo bear just being a moo moo bear 😉 Our blended Family<3 That little cutie is my niece, Brianna. Such a sweet capture of Erick greeting his mom<3 This is the picture that destroyed me in the most beautiful way. Such a beautiful capture. My eldest brother who got out of the ER that night just to be there for us <3 I love you pal! My favorite little big brother;) I’m older by two years, but he likes to pretend he’s older. My beautiful Mother. The bromance these two have is unlike any other y’all. It was seriously so difficult not to post all of Mason’s pictures! He’s so stinkin’ cute!! And for sure kitchen goals!! Evan was first to read his vows. It completely melted me! My sweet nephew Christian always pops into our family pictures 😉 And Debbie, she’s been my friend since high school and was recently our realtor who helped us sell our house. We love Debbie soooo much! My in-laws<3 My niece Addy is the most gorgeous baby ever!! Mason’s vows went something like this…”I’m so glad you guys are getting married again, or else, mommy wouldn’t have a husband” 😉 My baby girl! Love of my life<3 – My niece Brianna. Sometimes it’s still hard to believe that these little guys are mine. I love them more than life itself! M gorgeous dress is from Saltflat. They are based in Houston and were able to dress me literally a few hours before the ceremony. Don’t know what I would’ve done without them!
My sweet sweet papa bear! Haha I love this picture. Both cake pieces we fed each other missed our mouths and hit the floor! My beautiful family. We were missing my brother Ruben and his family. The best friends anyone can have. So grateful to call them friends and have them be part of our life.
