10 Sweaters That Make The Perfect Holiday Party Look

Cozy holiday party look

My holiday party look usually consists of a nice pair of pants and a cute, sometimes festive, top. Dresses are the most common thing to wear to holiday parties but y’all, it’s just always way to cold for me to even go there.

If you’d rather skip the expensive not so warm dress as well, here’s a few things to keep in mind to make sure you still look the part. Velvet and leather fabrics are always a yes. Shiny embelishments add the festive touch and detailed knits keep you warm while still looking appropriate for the occasion.

Here is 10 sweaters that will not only make you look amazing at your next holiday party, but will also keep you warm! *throws hands in the air* – Another plus to opting for the sweater holiday party look is that you get to wear these sweaters over and over even after the holidays. Even the sequin embellished ones. Yup! That is sequins done right!

The cutest little Christmas/ Holiday shop in Houston. We stumbled upon it while shooting and I had to get a shot because it is just so magical. It’s located in Uptown Park for all my locals who were asking.

Y’all, I can not get enough of this cable knit sweater. I love the detailing on it  and the long sleeves. Because ya’ll know I have the longest arms and finding sleeves this long is not common. Comes in a light grey too!

I talked about these faux leather leggings on stories last week. These affordable ones are a must have! Although they are faux, they’re still super warm and perfect with sweaters when denim is just not an option.
