Off-The-Shoulder Top + Flare Jeans

Flare jeans have been a favorite of mine since the 7th grade. I remember begging my mom to buy me a pair in every color. Needless to say, mama got me just two pairs. A light wash and a dark one. I wore those pants till the end y’all. Although they were more of a bell bottom than a flare. Bell bottoms tend to be a little more extreme on the bell part, whereas flares are a bit more mild. Like the ones I’m wearing here.

I got this more grown up version a few years back and absolutely love them. I think every woman should have a pair of flare jeans in her closet. They are fun to wear and and give you a 70’s vibe. Plus they look good on all body types and elongate the legs so nicely. And who doesn’t want longer looking legs? Thats the kind of denim I like 😉

One tip I can give you is when buying a pair make sure you get them a little longer than your regular height. Maybe an inch or two. I’d try them on in a “tall’ to be sure. Flare Jeans look best with heels or heeled boots so the extra length will be necessary. Otherwise you’ll end up with an odd looking crop bell. Eh not so cute!

I love so much how this off-the-shoulder top paired with the jeans and hat. Such a cute transitional look that would be great for summer and fall. The orange flowers on the top and the brown hat give it major fall vibes. Speaking of fall, these would be so nice with an oversized sweater and ankle boots.

I love your purse! It reminds me of the Chloe Faye… but Banana Republic is bound to be a better price.

Thank you, Arielle! Yes, it’s very similar but for much much less, haha. I’m seriously obsessed with it and have gotten too many compliments on it. Big applause to Banana Republic for this one;)
